Return Process

  Log into your Fragrantika account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and use protective cushioning to ensure the glass bottle arrives safely at our facility.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your earliest convenience.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
